Rosemary Martin
Education Administration Specialist
Rosemary J. Martin leads Operation Education and is responsible for managing all educational programming provided by Operation Restoration, as well as supervising staff, interns and volunteers working for Operation Education.
Rosemary is a credentialed educator who has worked untiringly for the community in which she lives for over 40 years. She received both undergraduate and graduate degrees from Loyola University New Orleans, as well as a second master's degree from the University of New Orleans. Her extensive training has afforded her the opportunity to work with the general education population of students, as well as special education students ranging in age from preschool to adulthood.
Rosemary’s courses of study, skills and licensure has afforded her the opportunity to hold a number of positions in the field of education. Among these are teacher, counselor, school administrator, speech therapist, qualified examiner, educational consultant, project lead manager, director of professional development and associate superintendent of schools. Her passion is teaching and learning. She is an avid advocate of education for all.
Mrs. Martin is a firm believer that education is the only known equalizer in obtaining social and economic mobility.
