Operation SOcial Services
Operation Social Services creates an atmosphere of wrap-around support services to women across all OR departments with a person-centered approach based on the client’s immediate needs and established goals, while offering long-term case management support.

Supports clients with rent, utilities, court costs, transportation costs and other expenses that women incur when establishing stable housing and employment.

Our Life Coaches support women seeking employment and/or educational opportunities through case management, employment readiness training and financial coaching.

A full range of new and gently used clothing and hygiene products offered to women and girls at no cost.

A leadership-based program that offers mentorship, academic support, advocacy, financial literacy classes and other opportunities to support young women's development of life and leadership skills that will help them thrive.

Aims to facilitate a smooth transition for incarcerated women, helping them reintegrate into their community successfully and reducing the likelihood of recidivism.

Creates affordable housing opportunities and connects formerly incarcerated and legal system-involved women with housing resources

OPeration Girls
If you are the caretaker of a girl or gender expansive youth directly impacted by incarceration and you are interested in enrolling her/them in our Operation Girls mentorship program, please fill out our referral form.
