Robin Gaspard-Keelen serves as the Government Grants Specialist at Operation Restoration, overseeing the administration of local, state and federal related grants and ensuring that all related processes, documents and procedures are executed professionally, efficiently and on schedule.

Originally from New Orleans, Robin grew up between Atlanta and Seattle before returning to New Orleans in 2017. She has over 10 years of experience managing funds for large and small community-based organizations, nonprofit and for-profit entities. Her true passion lies in the nonprofit sector, where she is dedicated to work that benefits vulnerable communities and those who might otherwise be left behind.

Robin is a mother of three who cherishes her family life. She loves crafting with her daughters and supporting her son and husband in their sports endeavors.
